Young Chop Reveals Chief Keef Co-Produced ‘Valley’



Young Chop’s “Valley” featuring Chief Keef is one of the beatmaker’s toughest records on his sophomore album “Still.” The production on this joint is A-1. Even Soulja Boy filmed himself vibing to the record.



But most fans might not know that Sosa lent more than his rhyme skills on the track.

Chop revealed during an interview with Vibe the Glo Gang frontman actually co-produced the record.

Chop told the Hip Hop mag he taught Sosa how to produce.

“Yeah, I influenced him,” he said. “I showed him some sh-t. He just got to stick to that sh-t. What’s though is that he learned keys and sh-t.”



Chop taught Sosa how to produced back in December 2013.

Chop tool to social media to praise young Sosa grasshopper’s production skills and even went as far as saying he was as good as him.

“I got this man @ChiefKeef makein beats doe it’s funny cuz he no how to do it,” he wrote.





Sosa reiterated Chop’s compliment, saying he now has a new hustle.

“Chop said Ain’t nobody f****n Wit him on Maikn beats But Me so now I have 6 checks Comin,” he wrote.

Chop replied, “@ChiefKeef u funny ass hell”



Sosa is also feeling himself. The Glo Gang frontman believes he will become one of the most sought after producers in the game.

“Finna get us a Production deal Yall know who Yall is Im young Chop mike will tho … Noooo im better,” he wrote on Twitter.



Sosa first showcased his talents on his self-produced track “Wait.” He went on to drop more self-produced records, including, “Suwu,” “Wayne,” “Money,” “Cashin,” “Wheres Waldo,” “Faneto,” “Dear” and “Wait.”

These songs appear on his “Back From The Dead 2” mixtape, which he executive produced.



Sosa is currently offering beats sale.

“Beats 20thousand shop wit me!” he commented on IG as he provided fans a brief look into how he puts together a beat.



Chief Keef revealed his first client is Future.

“@chieffkeeffsossa MAKING A BEAT FOR @future #STAYTUNED #SOSAONTHEBEAT,” he wrote on IG.

Sosa previewed the beat for fans in addition to his signature tag.
