Yale Lucciano Reveals Chief Keef’s ‘I Don’t Like’ Featuring Lil Reese Music Video Was Not Planned

It’s crazy how life works out. Chief Keef’s “I Don’t Like” music video has grown to become one of the net’s most explosive visual projects. Even more telling about the music video is it wasn’t even planned.

Chicago rapper Yale Lucciano took to IG to reveal this shocking fact.

Lucciano posted a screen shot from the music video of himself with Sosa, SD and Tadoe with a caption, reading, “TBT It’s crazy cuz dat video wasn’t even planned. We jus T’d up.”

DGainz, who shot and directed the music video, would back Lucciano’s claims. Gainz went more in-depth on how the music video came about during an interview with BET.

“We were just chilling and [Young Chop] put on ‘I Don’t Like’ and everyone started dancing,” DGainz said. “I just started filming. Everyone was high and drunk — even I was drunk. We only did like three scenes. We were supposed to shoot more but Keef went on house arrest right after. I didn’t want the gun in the video, but I didn’t even have enough footage to edit it out, so I just put it out as it is. I put it out at like midnight and when I woke up at seven o’clock in the morning it was viral.”

And after that, ladies and gentlemen, history was made. Check out Chief Keef’s “I Don’t Like” music video above.
