Shawnna Calls Out Lil B For Wearing Women’s Clothes On ESPN; Slams Today’s Mainstream Hip Hop

Lil B has become known for his eccentric fashion choices. The Based God raised eyebrows after making an appearance on ESPN’s SportsNation in women’s apparel to play a game of “Cursed Or Not Cursed.” Lil B’s ensemble included a white lace top, sun hat and a pair of dangling earrings.

Shawnna, formerly of Ludacris’ DTP, took to IG to slam Lil B’s attire ans today’s mainstream Hip Hop.

“So this is what yall like huh? Know this: I’m super elated that I came up in the days of Tupac, Notorious B.I.G., Jay Z, Mobb Deep, Wu Tang Clan, Outcast (Southern Playalistic era), Goodie Mobb, UGK, Scarface & The Ghetto Boys, N.W.A., Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, etc. Yall can have this sh*t!!” the caption on her post read.

Shawnna’s post soon sparked a fiery debate. She would later delete. She clarified her position on the matter, writing, “I deleted my last post because I didn’t want it to become a war of words between people of opposite sexual preferences. I simply wanted to engage in an intellectual discussion emphasizing our different opinions on hip hop artists of today vs those of the past. Now a days people are so quick to become defensive before they even attempt to communicate their beliefs in a civilized fashion. God Bless you all and have a productive day!”
