Rumors are circulating around the net that Lil Jay was shot today. P. Rico confirmed those rumors as true after taking to Twitter, writing, “Still On House Arrest & Got A Call Saying Lil Jay00 Just Got Shot !
Lil Jay’s condition is unknown at this time.

In late December, Lil Jay underwent surgery to have bullets removed from his body.
“I want yall to pray for a real a– n-gga,” he said. “Got surgery tomorrow. Getting these bullets took out of me. Pray for a real n-gga. I love yall. Clout Lord.”
Jay has been the victim of gun violence multiple times in the past.
Jay was one two victims involved in a shooting in June 2013 near a McDonald’s at 95th and Dan Ryan.
The “Get A Lot Of Money” rapper and an unidentified 19-year-old woman were shot while sitting in a vehicle a block away from the Golden Arches fast food restaurant, according to WGNTV.
The 20-year-old FBG Clout Boy was shot in the buttocks and the young woman was shot in the legs, ABC 7 reports.
They were both taken to Christ Hospital and were listed in stable condition.
A user on Instagram posted an image of the crime scene, writing, “Lil Jay juss got shot up here at Mcdonalds on 95th.”
