MMG Artist Meek Mill Disses Reebok, Says the Company Makes Money Off The Black Community

Meek Mill is no longer a supporter of shoe and clothing company Reebok. Meek slammed Reebok after the company dropped Ross from multimillion dollar endorsement.

Ross came under fire after lyrics in Rocko’s “U.E.N.O” in which he spoke of date raping a woman with the drug ‘Molly.’

During a recent concert appearance, Meek Mill asked fans in the audience if they were wearing Reeboks.

“Y’all bet not have some f*cking Reeboks on,” he said.

“F*ck Reebok, we wear Pumas,” Meek said during an interview with For Civil TV. “That’s what we do.”

Meek went on to say he doesn’t “approve of any company trying to dibble and dabble” in the Hip Hop culture and dip out when a mistake is made.

“They making money off our brand,” he said.

Meek said that Reebok was a fledgling company before signing Hip Hop acts Rick Ross, Swizz Beatz and Tyga.

Meek likened Reebok’s business strategy to prostitution.

“These companies actually follow our culture and make money off our culture and pay us like a pimp out,” he said. “Oh this bitch ain’t working, put her out on the strip.”

Meek is making it a mission to turn MMG’s fans away from Reebok.

“You fire me, we gon tear your shit down,” he said. “Ain’t nobody wearing Reebok anymore.”
