Migos’ Offset was denied bail in a court hearing on Friday, Oct. 9. Prosecutors are painting Offset as a big-time gang leader, which the Atlanta MC denies, according to TMZ. The prosecutor says Offset’s “gang-related tattoos” on his body show he’s the CEO of the Black Migos Gang. Offset defended himself saying Black Migos Gang is just a record label.
Migos’ Offset was previously denied bond in court Friday, May 9 due to his extensive criminal history, according to the Statesboro Herald.
A jail fight Offset was involved also played a factor in the judge’s decision to deny him bail in that hearing.
Offset, 24, was reportedly charged with battery and causing a riot in a penal institution after a fight in the Bulloch County jail, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The violent incident was captured on video.
