Memphis goons are upset with Shy Glizzy dropping his fiery diss track “Cut It.” In this record, Glizzy opens up on his chain-snatching incident during his performance in Memphis.

Glizzy raps, “Sorry, I ain’t with the f*****g gimmicks/How you playing with a hitter for a f*****g image/I know every DJ, but this p***y Akademiks/Chain hit the floor, f**k boys had a f*****g scrimmage.”



@YRNCasino of Cartel Business posted a video of himself setting the record straight on what occurred during the chain-snatching.

“How the f**k did the chain fall on the floor? N***a didn’t hit you that hard. Big Mota didn’t knock your ass out,” Casino said. “N***s snatched the chain off your neck and brought it to us. It’s just how it work in the City. We sold you your chain back. Blac Youngsta had to come get your chain for you. We sold it to him on the strength of him. We f**k with him.”

Blac Youngsta paid Cartel Business $10,000 for the return of Shy Glizzy’s chain.



Casino advised Glizzy against coming back to Memphis.

“Go and do the show out here. Watch yall get shut the f**k down,” he said.

Casino went as far as to say Glizzy is not even allowed to perform in Chicago.

“We got n****s in the Chi. You can’t go to the Chi,” Casino said. “We can’t come to D.C. You can’t come to Chi. Don’t go to the Chi and try and do a show. This sh*t bigger than what you think it is.”
