Meek Mill Reacts To Fatal Shootings Outside Connecticut Concert

Meek Mill had a crowd lit during a performance at Oakdale Theatre in Connecticut Friday night. Unfortunately, tragedy struck when four people were shot outside the venue.

Police found two dead people dead and two others with non-life-threatening injuries, News 12 Connecticut reports.

Meek Mill is denying any violence occurred.

“Yeah, they really tryna slow these bags up,” Meek said. “I’m looking at this s**t, talking two people died, two people got shot. A lie. Somebody hating tryna slow these bags up cause we scooping up 250s.”

Lt. Cheryl Bradley said the shooting occurred after the Oakdale was closing.

Meek Mill dissed Drake during his concert.

Meek stopped mid-performance after noticing a scent of marijuana in the air.

“Where that s**t at in the building? I’m on probation, but I can smell it,” Meek said. “Put that s**t in the air, n***a.”

A fan offered Meek his joint, but the rapper declined, throwing some shade at Drake in the process.

“I’m on probation, I can’t hit that,” Meek said. “You work for Drake? You tryna send me to jail?”
