Lil Jay is honoring the memory of his slain friend Drequan Archie aka FYB Archie who was gunned down Wednesday afternoon while helping a friend change a tire in the South Shore neighborhood.

Witnesses told the Chicago Tribune two men wearing ski masks and gloves fired multiple shots at Archie who was shot in the head and back. His friend was reportedly shot in the leg but able to escape.

Jay spoke on Archie’s death via social media.

“RIP ARCHIE

“Sh-t Be Just Like Yesterday U Be Wit A N*gga The Next Day They Gone Man Rip Big Money Archie #ArchieGang,” he wrote.
