Rising Chicago femcee Katie Got Bandz shed a bit of light on her blueprint to success during an interview with the “All Purpose Show.”
Katie Got Bandz was asked to offer advice to up and coming artists in the game. The first rule the “Pop Out” laid out was humility.
“Stay humble no matter what,” Katie said. “Always write and take advice from others, but don’t try to go the same route as other people because everything happen different for other people. If you drop one hit, don’t think you there yet. Because when that record die out, what you gon do? You gotta keep going. Stay focused.”
Katie is currently a signed artist with independent record label eOne Music.
