Kanye West Interrupts Jay-Z’s ‘Magna Carter Holy Grail’ Release

Kanye West is known to steal the spotlight.

Shortly after the release of Jay-Z’s “Magna Carter Holy Grail,” West didn’t take to Twitter to congratulate his fellow “Watch The Throne” rapper.

He did, however, inform followers he saw a screening of the Guillermo del Toro film “Pacific Rim.”

“I saw a pre-screening of Pacific Rim yesterday and it’s easily one of my favorite movies of all time.

“This is not another ‘“Robot”’ movie. Guillermo del Toro is a master,” he wrote.

The “Yeezus” rapper infamously interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for Best Female Video at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. West went up to the stage and took the Swift’s microphone, proclaiming Beyonce’s “Put A Ring On It” visual to be “one of the best music videos of all time.”

Do you think there is a bit of animosity between the two emcees? Sound off below.
