J. Cole has much to be thankful for. Not only is Cole celebrating the birth of his daughter, he is also celebrating the first-week numbers for his fourth studio album “4 your Eyez Only.”
Mr. Jermaine Cole moved 492,000 units of his project, the third-largest debut of 2016, Billboard reports. Only Drake’s “Views (1.04 million units)” and Beyonce’s “Lemonade (653,000)” were larger this year.
Of Cole’s impressive numbers, 363,000 were physical copies. Cole’s album tallied 118,000 streaming equivalent albums, which amounts to 51.7 million total streams of the album’s songs.
The project is available for purchase on iTunes.
