TMZ is reporting that a Hulk Hogan sex tape is currently being shopped around to the highest bidder. The Hulkster claims he never knew he was being filmed and is doing everything in his power to make sure the tape is never released.TMZ’s managing editor Harvey Levine speaks on the issue below.
