G Herbo Addresses Federal Fraud Charges In ‘Statement’

G Herbo is setting the record straight on his federal fraud charges in new song “Statement.” The instrumental to this track samples the Diplomats “I Really Mean It.”

The NLMB rapper was accusing of taking part in a multi-year, million-dollar fraud scheme to purchase flights on private jets, a vacation to Jamaica and puppies. He has since posted bond in his case.

Herb raps:

“Let’s talk about them jets, yeah, let’s talk about Jamaica (Come on)/Ask about me, I ain’t never been a fraud (Never), I went hard from the start (The start)/In my city I’m a god, m———–/If you know, you know/Never been no phony though (For real)/Rollies for my brodie though/Barely know Joe rodeo (For real)/Heard they lookin’ for me, I’m like, “Oh, I’m on the way”/Bond money, know I’m straight/I spent a 130K at the gate (Yeah)/They like, “Swervo stay safe”, I’m like, “Man, y’all late” (Y’all late)
Y’all like, “Free me”, I’m like, “I’ve been in the crib all day.”
