Timmy Turner allegedly does have a burner. Desiigner is in deep legal trouble after he was arrested on weapon and drug charges last night in New York City.
The “Panda” rapper’s legal issues are the result of a road rage incident. Desiigner, born Sidney Selby, got into an argument with a woman exiting the Lincoln Tunnel at 9:1 p.m. near West 42nd and Eighth Avenue, police told New York City Patch.
Desiigner allegedly exited his White Cadillac Escalade and pointed a gun at the woman before returning to his vehicle and fleeing the scene.
Police stopped Desiigner a short time later at West 42nd Street and Third Avenue. They searched his vehicle and found Oxycontin pills and other drugs, according to TMZ.
Desiigner and four passengers in his vehicle were subsequently arrested.
He has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a loaded firearm and menacing for threatening the woman.
