Danny Brown Praises Gino Marley’s ‘Raised In The Streets’ Mixtape



Gino Marley’s “Raised In The Streets” is getting heavy rotation in the streets. Among the many fans of the tape is Detroit rapper Danny Brown.

The “Grown Up” rapper took to Twitter to refer to Gino’s project as a morale booster and proclaim his respect for the Savage Squad camp.

“This Gino Marley mixtape been getting me thru some shit lately…Shout out Savage Squad Records,” he wrote.

Label head Fredo Santana expressed his gratitude towards Brown, writing, “…squadddd.”



Gino is currently back in the studio working on yet another mixtape.The Englewood rapper announced a new mixtape titled “Greater Than Great” would be coming fans’ way in February.

Gino posted an unofficial cover to IG with a caption, reading, “#GreaterThanGreat coming in February #WhoReady??? #notofficalcover.”



Gino is looking to top his past project that featured quality songs, including, “A Lot,” Again,” “Importing” and “Diego Pt. 1.”

Gino recently dropped a music video for the latter track.
