Chicago may be known as the Windy City, but some of its residents have no chill. A man from the Pilsen neighborhood on Chicago’s West Side shot at a moving vehicle, thinking its occupant was an opp. He soon realized it was friend and apologized.
“My bad, dog,” he can be heard saying in surveillance footage.
