Espot Tae is currently recovering in the hospital following a near fatal shooting the morning of Saturday, Feb. 11 near Drake University in Des Moines, IA.

Jammel Woods, 25, and Robert Dunbar, 31, were also shot, 13Now News reports. Terrance Lindsay, 26, was reportedly charged in the shooting.

Lindsay is charged with intimidation of a dangerous weapon instead of attempted murder due to lack of cooperation from witnesses.

“We’re not getting a lot of cooperation from the victims, so without a victim there is basically no crime. So we can’t charge him with the crimes we believe he actually committed, intentionally and deliberately hurting these people,” Des Moines Police Sergeant Paul Parizek told 13Now News.

Tae posted a photo onto IG of himself in the hospital.
