A Chicago man alleged to have laughed while standing over a dying woman’s body following a car accident, according to the Chicago Sun Times.
George Evans, 23, was charged with reckless homicide with a motor vehicle after striking and killing 18-year-old Bria Hunter in the 8700 block of South Lafayette on April 26.
Evans was driving his Volkswagen when he ran through a red light at 90 mph and hit the young pedestrian. Hunter died at the scene.
Evans was captured on cell phone video standing over Hunter’s body and laughing a she talked about being involved in a accident the week before.
Evans was ordered held on a $250,000 bond.
