50 Cent’s Son, Marquise Jackson, Denies Applying For Rick Ross’s MMG Internship

50 Cent’s son is not prepping an internship with Rick Ross’s MMG after all. Marquise spoke with AllHipHop.com regarding his upcoming career ventures on the red carpet premier of Growing Up Hip Hop.

“What internship?” asked Marquise. “I’m working on some music right now. I’m actually taking acting classes. I’m really excited about that too. I’m going to work in different fields. I plan on doing many things in the culture, try to shift it.”

50 Cent’s baby mama, Shaniqua Tompkins, took to IG in early December to slam Rick Ross for lying about her son applying for an MMG internship.

“I didn’t say anything the first time! I don’t know why you insist on trying to drag my son in this circus that you have going on with his father!! @richforever you and G-d know that my son never applied to our establishment! My son does not need no internship from you and anything you have going on! You’re trying to associate him with a father whom he hasn’t spoken to in years! He is young man who is on his own path and he doesn’t need any help from you. So speak facts and not fiction if you know how to even do that!!” she wrote.

Ross sat down with Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning to speak on his beef with 50.

“To me, that’s dead. That whole situation is dead in all aspects,” Ross said. “I gotta state this. This situation is dead, it’s beneath me.”

Ross said he wasn’t lying about Marquise applying for an internship.

“I made that statement on IG and I meant it,” he said. “It’s the truth… and I’m still processing the application.”
