In honor of his 37th birthday, rapper 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson III, has released his latest studio effort “5 (Murder by Numbers)” today.

The album, available free for download on his website thisis50.com, 10 tracks of new music for his fans.

The “In Da Club” rapper called the album his “birthday present” to himself in a tweet.

50 Cent trail blazed on the scene after he was signed with rapper Eminem’s record label Shady records in 2002. His debut album “Get Rich or Die Tryin” generated 872,000 copies its first four days on the shelves, according to Billboard.
