Sicko Mobb Inks Recording Contract With Polo Grounds/RCA



Fake Shore Drive is reporting Sicko Mobb signed an official recording contract with Polo Grounds/RCA. The label, founded in 2006 by Bryan Leach, is home to Asap Rocky, Asap Ferg, Asap Mob and Pitbull.

FakeShoreDrive also reported in late December 2013, the West Side Chicago duo inked a publishing deal with Stellar Songs/Water Publishing, an imprint of Sony/ATV.

Its parent publishing company Sony/ATV is the largest publishing company in the world.

Sony/ATV publishing company boasts a popular pool of talent, including, B2K, Babyface, Boyz II Men, Fabolous, Jay-Z, Lauryn Hill, LL Cool J and Mary J. Blige, to name a few.

Sicko Mobb celebrate news of their signing with friends.



In November, the Mobb revealed several record labels were interested in them.

Sicko Mobb, comprised of rappers Lil Trav and Lil Ceno, said they were in talks with Def Jam and Interscope Records.

Sicko Mobb wrote both labels offered $3 million, according to a Nov. 1 post written on the group’s Facebook page.

“Def Jam Or Interscope?!? Sicko Mobb Finna Get Signed!! Witch Ones Should pick Both offering 3million THANKXZ To all Our Fans!!!” the post read.



The duo made their way out to New York at Island Def Jam’s main headquarters. They posted photos of the Def Jam meeting to their IG accounts.











Sicko Mobb is now prepping the follow up to “Super Saiyan Vol. 1.” The project is slated to drop soon.
