Mo money mo problems for superstar rapper Lil Wayne. The YMCMB general is being sued by promoter Red City Entertainment for failure to perform during a schedule concert performance in the Bahamas.
The concert occurred nearly four years ago on Sept. 27, 2008.
Red City paid the “How to Love” rapper a down payment of $432,000 to perform. On the night of the, police went to escort Weezy from his hotel, but was found unconscious.
“At no point [that night] did I become so intoxicated that I passed out on a bed in my
suit, or anywhere else,” Wayne says, according to TMZ.
TMZ is reporting Wayne has no recollection of why the concert was cancelled. Lil Wayne believes it “had something to do with technical difficulties, like lightning and sound problem.”
